#TeacherProud Tuesday!

Once a month, we share stories from our staff members about why they work in education. Mr. Sawyer Smith teaches fourth grade at Reeds Spring Elementary School.

"I work in education because I love working with kids and having the opportunity to make a positive impact on their lives. I still think about several teachers who made an impact on me growing up, such as my second-grade teacher, Mr. Wolff, and I hope that I can be that kind of teacher for my own students."
