Our District
The Reeds Spring School District is located 30 minutes south of Springfield on beautiful Table Rock Lake and serves the communities of Reeds Spring, Branson West, Kimberling City, Cape Fair, and Indian Point.
The district exists to equip and inspire students to reach their maximum potential through a commitment to academic and personal excellence by providing an innovative, student-centered, world-class education in a relationship-driven community.
In 2025, we are designing a five-year strategic plan which will help to prioritize and focus its goals:

The district covers nearly 159 square miles and lies primarily within Stone County, with a small portion of the district reaching into eastern Barry County. The well-known tourist destination, Silver Dollar City, also lies within the district boundary. A large part of the area’s economy relies on tourism.
We serve approximately 1,800 students from pre-K through 12th grade. We have six schools in the district:
Reeds Spring Primary School (pre-K-1st Grade)
Reeds Spring Elementary School (2nd-4th Grades)
Reeds Spring Intermediate School (5th & 6th Grades)
Reeds Spring Middle School (7th & 8th Grades)
Reeds Spring High School (9th-12th Grades)
Table Rock Career Center (11th & 12th Grades)
The Reeds Spring School District takes great pride in our facilities. The Table Rock Career Center opened in 2024. The Primary School was renovated in 2023, and a new Middle School was built in 2017.
We also offer rigorous instruction with opportunities for high school students to take college courses and work with employers to receive hands-on experiences.
The Wolves compete in athletics as part of the Mid-Lakes Conference. There are also many other extracurricular activities available for students.
The Table Rock Lake area is a wonderful place to raise a family. We are grateful for the continued support from business leaders and the lake community.
