Students with asthma or life threatening allergies that have been prescribed a rescue inhaler or EpiPen may carry their medication with them at school and on the bus, as long as the "Medication Self Administration Form" is completed by the prescribing physician and returned to the building nurse. A new form must be completed every school year and requires a parent signature as well.
