Table Rock Career Center (TRCC) Director Brian Moler has been named the recipient of the Carri Risner Rising Star Award by the Missouri Council of Career and Technical Administrators (MCCTA). The statewide award recognizes career and technical education leaders who demonstrate exceptional innovation, leadership, and dedication to student success.
“I am extremely honored to receive this award on behalf of all our staff at TRCC,” Moler said. “This showcases all the great work our staff is doing with students daily. This award wouldn’t be possible without our great instructors and support staff. I’m just the lucky guy who gets to sit in the director's office with the front row seat!”
TRCC has been increasingly receiving recognition for its forward-thinking programs designed to prepare high school students for both post-secondary education and immediate workforce entry.
MCCTA highlighted Moler’s significant contributions toward developing unique, effective career and technical education (CTE) pathways, noting that his approach is fueled by energy, passion, and an "up-for-anything" spirit.
“Brian Moler is the kind of leader who sees possibilities where others see obstacles. He has taken his years of service to Reeds Spring students and used that experience to build something remarkable at Table Rock Career Center,” said Reeds Spring Schools Superintendent Cody Hirschi. “Mr. Moler is always asking how we can do better for students, and his creative thinking has helped make TRCC a model for career readiness across Missouri. We are incredibly proud of the leadership he has shown in creating new opportunities for students throughout our region.”
TRCC serves students from 11 school districts across Stone, Taney, and Christian counties. By partnering with local businesses and offering hands-on instruction, the center equips youth with high-demand trade skills, industry certifications, and practical career readiness.
