Each month, the Reeds Spring School District recognizes one non-teaching staff member with an Excellence Award. This month’s deserving winner is Mrs. Crystal Seiler, a paraprofessional at Reeds Spring High School. She has worked at RSHS for five years.
“She truly has the compassion and patience to love and support the students in our building that need it the most,” said special education teacher Troy McPherson. “She has a way of connecting to some of our most challenging students and pushes them to work past the limits they often set for themselves.”
