Each month, the Reeds Spring School District recognizes one non-teaching staff member with the Employee of the Month Excellence Award. September’s honoree is Jareb Grinder, a member of the district maintenance team and an assistant wrestling coach.
“Jareb works primarily on our district's HVAC systems and has done an outstanding job keeping everything up and running,” said Assistant Superintendent Dr. Shane Dublin.
Grinder has been with the district for about a year and a half. He’s described as skilled, hardworking, and having a positive attitude.
“Jareb is efficient, responsive, and a great teammate, and we’re grateful for the important role he plays in keeping our schools comfortable and ready for learning,” Dublin said.
The district accepts Excellence Award nominations from students, staff, parents, and community members.
