If your child is interested in participating in 3rd-6th grade tackle football, please fill out the form linked at the bottom of this page. (Please use a separate form for each child)
Participation Fee: $100.00 for first child / $80 for each additional child
The completed Google Form, along with the participation fee, must be returned no later than Friday, July 18. Please be aware that we will not be accepting late registrations due to supply ordering and equipment inventory.
There are 3 ways to pay the participation fee:
1. For your convenience, you can pay online @ https://rs-wolves.revtrak.net/youth-sports/#/list.
2. Make a check payable to "Reeds Spring Schools" and mail to Reeds Spring High School with Attention To: Trent Oxenreider (please make sure to indicate who the payment is for)
3. Mail a cash payment to Reeds Spring High School with Attention To: Trent Oxenreider (please make sure to indicate who the payment is for)
Please be aware that every participant must have a physical on file. Each physical is good for two years, but you must update your insurance information on a yearly PPE form. These physicals and forms must be completed before we start practices in August. We will be having a free physical night in early August, this will be communicated once a date is set.
