Public notice is hereby given that the regular meeting of the Board of Education of Reorganized Reeds Spring R-IV School District of Stone County, Missouri, will be conducted on Wednesday, August 23, 2023, in the Leaming Center at the High School located at 20277 State Highway 413, Reeds Spring, Missouri, in said School District.
The regular Board meeting will open at or near 5:30 p.m. Closed Session will convene at or near 5:35 p.m., for purposes of RSMo. § Section 610.021, (6) and (14); (3) and (13); (19) and (1).
Open Session will reconvene at or near 6:30 p.m., at which time a Tax Rate Public Hearing will be conducted.

The public is welcome to attend the Tax Rate Hearing and all Open Session portions of the meeting.
NOTICE OF TAX RATE PUBLIC HEARING
Public notice is hereby given that a Tax Rate Public Hearing conducted by the Board of Education of Reorganized Reeds Spring No. R-IV School District of Stone County and Barry County, Missouri, will be held in the Learning Center, located in the High School at 20277 State Highway 413, Reeds Spring, Missouri, in said School District on Wednesday, August 23, 2023, at or near 6:30 p.m., during the Open Session portion of the regular Board of Education meeting scheduled for that same evening to adopt a 2023 tax rate.
