2025 October Employees of the Month
Reeds Spring High School inducted 25 students into the National Honor Society on Monday, October 20. NHS recognizes students who have demonstrated excellence in Scholarship, Leadership, Service, and Character.
To maintain membership in the RSHS chapter, students must:
Hold at least a 3.25 GPA
Maintain 90% attendance
Complete five and a half hours of community service each semester
Complete two hours of school service each semester

Reeds Spring Middle School Leaders of the Pack and Media students attended the "Life on Track" event in Branson. Students learned about the dangers of distracted driving and drunk driving in a workshop led by the Missouri State Highway Patrol. Students also got to drive Go-Karts with "drunk goggles" and cell phones to experience the impact of impaired driving.

Here’s a story with all the ingredients to make you feel good. Culinary Arts students from Table Rock Career Center cooked 1,000 meals for families in need! This is part of the Kids Feeding Kids initiative, funded in part by Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes and his foundation. The students will help distribute the meals on Thursday night with support from Elevate Branson. 💖

🏆 District Champion!
Reeds Spring High School’s Saylor Johnson won the Class 2 District 3 Golf Tournament at Bill and Payne Stewart Golf Course in Springfield. Saylor shot an 80, five strokes ahead of the competition.

She’s the first Reeds Spring golfer in nearly 30 years to win an individual district title! Next stop: the state championship on October 20-21 in New Bloomfield. 🐺⛳

Eighteen high school marching bands will showcase their skills at the 17th Annual Ozark Mountain Marching Festival, scheduled for Saturday, October 18 at Reeds Spring High School.

Performances begin at 10:00 a.m. and last all day.

General admission tickets are available at the following prices:
$10 for adults
$5 for senior citizens
$5 for students (with a valid student ID)

The money raised from the festival supports the Wolf Pride Marching Band. 🎵
