May P of the M

Table Rock Career Center would like to recognize students from our Marine Technology and Criminal Justice programs as our May Professionals of the Month. Congratulations to the following students:

Austin Weter is a junior from Chadwick High School who is excelling in the Marine Technology program. Austin makes a habit of exceeding expectations in the shop. When he completes a task, he has the initiative to move on to the next one without being asked. He appreciates how his instructors have introduced him to opportunities to repair a wide variety of small engines. He has a passion for side-by-sides and is excited to take the skills he is learning in his program and use them for the rest of his life.

Our second representative from the Marine Technology program is Reeds Spring High School junior Brodee Crosby. Brodee loves the lake, which makes the Marine Technology program a perfect fit for him. As he reflects on his first year in the program, he is very thankful to Mr. Jenkins for helping him build his professionalism, which has allowed him to become more mature and confident. Mr. Jenkins can always rely on Brodee to take the lead on any project. “Nothing is too small or too large for him.”

Branson High School junior Daisy Fenton is our first representative from the Criminal Justice program. Daisy enjoys the program’s mock simulations, which expose her to a wide variety of situations common in the criminal justice industry. Mr. Miller, the program’s instructor, had this to say without hesitation: “Daisy always actively participates in all activities and is always eager to learn, willing to lend a hand, and a positive example for her classmates.” After high school, she is looking forward to pursuing a degree in Criminal Justice.

Reeds Spring High School junior Hazel Morefield is our second representative from the Criminal Justice program. Mr. Miller raves, “Hazel is an excellent student and excels in all aspects of the program. She is a leader who is always willing to help her classmates.” Since she was young, Hazel has loved investigating things by putting together the figurative pieces of a puzzle.  When she toured Table Rock Career Center during her sophomore year, she knew the Criminal Justice program would be a perfect match for her.

Thanks to Tracy Carver-American Family Insurance Agency for her continued support of our TRCC Professionals of the Month!
