2026 Feb S of the M

We are honored to showcase our Early Education Careers instructor, Caitlin Sullivan, for being recognized as our February Teacher of the Month.  One of the people who nominated her had this to say about the impact she has on her students, “Mrs. Sullivan is so amazing and helps with anything.  Whether it’s a listening ear or just being kind, she is truly amazing and such a blessing to her students.” With her passion for education, she loves the opportunity she has to teach the next generation of educators, especially the things she was not taught in her training and had to figure out on her own.

Congratulations to Dusty Borgman for being named the February Employee of the Month.  Mr. Borgman is an assistant teacher in the Collision Repair and Marine Technology programs.  Mr. Borgman spent over 35 years in the collision repair industry, many of those years as a business owner and provides a high level of credibility to the classroom. Because of this, students are not only meeting industry expectations, they are exceeding them.  When asked what the best part of his job is, Mr. Borgman replied without hesitation, “The moment a student who has struggled to master a skill finally gets it.”
