Table Rock Career Center students showed their talent on a national level. Kaden Colman of Reeds Spring and David Scott of Spokane competed at the Technology Student Association Conference in Nashville, Tennessee.
The pair competed in the Biotechnology category after creating a tissue repair system. They qualified for nationals after their design placed second in the statewide competition.
“Kaden and David did a great job representing TRCC,” said TSA Sponsor Richard White. “They didn’t make the final round but had a great time attending meetings, voting, networking, and sightseeing.”
The Technology Student Association (TSA) is a national non-profit career and technical student organization for middle and high school students engaged in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). More than 300,000 students participate in TSA’s competitions, intracurricular activities, leadership opportunities, and community service.
