Reeds Spring Middle School and High School students can receive free physicals for the 2026-2027 school year on Tuesday, May 19, from 5:00-7:00 p.m. in the RSHS Commons.
All paperwork must be completed on FinalForms before Physical Night.
A sign-up sheet will be available at the front door on the 19th for your student to sign up.
Physicals should be uploaded to FinalForms after the physical night. They will not be turned into the high school or middle school office as in the past.
Required immunizations for incoming eighth graders and seniors will also be available. Students must have Immunization records and a completed parent consent form. Please reach out to your school nurse with any questions.
