The state recently recognized a Reeds Spring High School Counselor for supporting students as they pursue college and career pathways.
Billie Green received the Department of Higher Education and Workforce Development’s Journey to College Award. This is for helping students and their families fill out the FAFSA and providing information on financial aid.
The recognition came for Green’s efforts at her previous district, Marionville, but she’s continuing the same work supporting students at Reeds Spring.
