Administrative Assistant Amy Sanders has been named the Reeds Spring School District’s Employee of the Year. She works in the front office at Reeds Spring Intermediate School.
“Amy is like the mom of our building. She takes care of everyone,” said one colleague. “She notices when others are struggling and helps get the right supports in place, for both kids and adults.”
Sanders has worked for the district for 17 years and will retire at the end of the school year.
Intermediate School Principal Andrea Chavez praised Sanders for her attention to detail and organizational skills.
“Amy is our rock and keeps everything running smoothly; she does so much for everyone in our school community.”
