New Student Registration
A parent or guardian must visit the building the student will attend. Please bring a birth certificate, proof of residency, and immunization records.
Primary School - Begins August 4 from 8:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. daily
Elementary School - Begins August 4 from 8:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. daily
Intermediate School - Begins August 4 from 7:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. daily
Middle School - Begins August 4 from 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. daily
High School - Begins August 4 from 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. daily
Early Education Center - All classrooms are currently full. Contact the EEC office 417-272-3241 ext. 3946 for additional information regarding our waiting list.
Returning Student Registration
State law requires that students receive the Tdap and MCV4 (meningitis) vaccines before they enter 8th grade. Now is the time to make sure your child has received these required immunizations. You must provide this documentation to the school before your child starts 8th grade.
State law requires that students receive a 2nd dose of the Meningococcal (MCV4) vaccine prior to the start of their senior year. You must provide documentation of receiving this immunization to the high school nurse before the start of the 2021-2022 school year.
Class Rosters / Student Schedules
Grades K-6: All students will receive a welcome message and open house information on August 6. Teacher assignments will be sent out on August 13.
Middle School - Students will receive their schedules at Open House on August 19.
High School - Seniors: August 10 from 8:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
Juniors: August 10 from 12:30 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Sophomores: August 11 from 8:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
Freshmen: August 11 from 12:30 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Open House / Orientation
RSEEC - Thursday, August 19 from 5:00 – 6:30 p.m.
K-6: Thursday, August 19 from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. or 5:30 – 7:00 p.m (come and go). Option for supply drop-off only if families are not comfortable coming in.
Middle School - Thursday, August 19 from 6:00 – 7:30 p.m.High School - Thursday, August 19 from 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. (freshmen and new students only)

Once the school year starts, transportation changes must be made in writing via email to the office prior to 2:00 p.m. For safety and security purposes, phone calls to the office will not be accepted. Students without notes will be placed on their usual transportation method home.

Before and After-School Programs
Morning Club provides a safe environment for students in grades K-6. Morning Club will be held in the building your child attends.
Morning Club is free, but enrollment is limited. Registration is now open.
Primary School - Morning Club begins at 7:00 a.m. and the latest you can drop off your child is 7:25 a.m. Please drop off your child at the side door of the cafeteria (north side of the building, facing the Intermediate School). Pre-registration is required.
Elementary School - Morning Club begins at 7:00 a.m. in the gym. Parents need to drop off students at our front entrance no later than 7:25 a.m. Students arriving later than 7:25 will need to wait with a parent in the drop-off/pick-up line until the building opens at 7:35.
Intermediate School - Morning Club begins at 7:00 a.m. in the cafeteria. Please drop off your student at the main entrance. Students arriving later than 7:25 will need to wait with a parent in the drop-off line until the building opens at 7:35.
Boys and Girls Club serves children ages 6-14. It provides homework help, mentoring, career readiness, workforce development, college preparedness, theatre, academic enrichment, and STEM activities.

KAP (Kindergarten After-School Program)
KAP is an after-school child care program for five-year-old students enrolled in
kindergarten. This will be held Tuesday through Friday, beginning at approximately
3:30. Students need to be picked up no later than 5:30. Pre-registration is required. The cost of KAP is $12 per
week with a one-time registration fee of $10. Enrollment is limited to 16, so early
enrollment is encouraged. Students can register through the Primary School office.
Mondays during Four-Day School Weeks
Kindergarten Care (K-Care)
K-Care is a Monday-only childcare program for five-year-old students enrolled in
kindergarten. Program hours are 8:00-4:00. Details regarding drop-off and pick-up procedures will be sent directly to those families that are enrolled in the program.
The cost of tuition is $20 per Monday with a one-time registration fee of $10. Tuition includes breakfast, lunch, and a daily snack. Enrollment is limited so early enrollment is encouraged. Students can register through the Primary School office.
Boys and Girls Club
