The Reeds Spring School District spans much of beautiful Table Rock Lake, serving the communities of Reeds Spring, Cape Fair, Branson West, Kimberling City, and Indian Point. The well-known tourist destination, Silver Dollar City, also lies within the district boundary. A large part of the area’s economy relies on tourism.
The district covers nearly 159 square miles and lies primarily within Stone county, with a small portion of the district reaching into eastern Barry county.
The district serves approximately 1,800 students from pre-K through 12th grade. We have seven schools in the district:
Reeds Spring Primary School (pre-K-1st Grade)
Reeds Spring Elementary School (2nd-4th Grades)
Reeds Spring Intermediate School (5th & 6th Grades)
Reeds Spring Middle School (7th & 8th Grades)
Reeds Spring High School (9th-12th Grades)
Gibson Technical Center (11th & 12th Grades)
Our district exists to equip and inspire students to reach their maximum potential through a commitment to academic and personal excellence by providing an innovative, student-centered, world-class education in a relationship-drive community.
The Reeds Spring School District takes great pride in our facilities. The new middle school opened in 2017 and has been recognized nationally and internationally for its innovative design.
We also offer rigorous instruction with opportunities for high school students to take college courses and work with employers to receive hands-on experiences.
The Wolves compete in athletics as part of the BIG 8 Conference. There are also many other extracurricular activities available for students.
The Table Rock Lake area is a wonderful place to raise a family. We are grateful for the continued support from business leaders and the lake community.
