Wolf Pride Band Recognized

The Reeds Spring High School Wolf Pride Band recently received several notable achievements. The band earned an exemplary rating at the MSHSAA State Band Festival in Nixa, the highest possible rating.

On Saturday, April 7, the winter drumline won its division at the Mid Continent Color Guard Association Championships. This is the second consecutive year for the drumline to win in the Scholastic Novice category.

At that same event, the winter guard finished in seventh place, improving by 25 points from the beginning to the end of the season.

"If you see a high school band student, please take a moment to congratulate these hard-working kids for their fantastic performances," said RSHS Band Director Josh Garoutte.
