8th Graders & 12th Graders Need Immunizations

The Stone County Health Department will be at Reeds Spring High School on Friday, August 4 to provide the required immunizations for school attendance.

Per the State of Missouri, all students entering 8th grade are required to receive the Tdap and MCV (meningococcal conjugate) vaccines and all students entering 12th grade are required to receive an additional dose of the MCV vaccine before being allowed to attend school in the fall.

The SCHD Mobile Immunization Unit will be at the High School from 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. on Friday, August 4 during the Stone County School Readiness Fair.

You will need to bring a copy of your child’s immunization record and be with your child to sign paperwork and give consent for the immunizations. A $15 charge will be billed to your insurance or Medicaid. If you are uninsured, you must pay $15.
