Robinette to Play Football and Run Track at Missouri Southern

Reeds Spring High School senior Korey Robinette signed a national letter of intent to play football and run track at Missouri Southern State University.

Robinette played running back and defensive back for the Wolves. He had 967 yards rushing and nine touchdowns last season. He set a Reeds Spring single-season record with seven interceptions as a junior.

He was part of the track and field team that won state in the 4x100 meter relay in 2016. He also finished third in the 100-meter dash and second in the 200-meter dash.

"I'm really excited, it's going to be a good opportunity," Robinette said. "They want me to play slot receiver."

Robinette will also compete in the 100-meter dash and 200-meter dash for the Lions.
