Shelby Strailey to Run Track at Missouri Baptist University

Reeds Spring High School senior Shelby Strailey will continue her track career at the next level. Strailey has signed a letter of intent to attend Missouri Baptist University in St. Louis.

"I'm just really excited," Strailey said. "Their program is like a family. They were so welcoming."

Strailey is part of the RSHS 4x100 meter relay team that finished fifth in the state last year. She will continue to be a sprinter for the Spartans.

"I plan to do the 100, 200, and 400-meter dashes, and relays," Strailey said.

Shelby is the daughter of James and LeAnn Strailey. She is undecided on her college major but hopes to pursue something in the health field.
